WebLogic® Management Overview

Course Abstract
(1 Day)

This course will illustrate the standard e-commerce business model for server-side development and the capabilities of BEA Systems WebLogic Application Server to implement this model.  The e-commerce model will depict the role of the following components; browsers, HTML, HTTP, web servers, application servers, servlets (both stateless and stateful), JavaBeans, JavaServer Pages, security, accessing data stores and enterprise JavaBeans (entity and session).  The course will focus on the following toolset; Java® IDEs, WebLogic Application Server, Apache HTTP Server and Internet Explorer.  Additionally, the role of each tool within the e-commerce model will be illustrated.

Audience

Managers and other non-technical individuals that need a high level overview of the e-commerce model implemented under BEA Systems WebLogic toolset.

Course Objectives

Upon conclusion participants will have acquired these skills:
