"The Application implements the Design and
the Design fulfills the Requirements."

Industry studies claim that 60-80% of systems problems originate in requirements errors.  Obtaining a clear, common vision of the requirements remains one of the biggest challenges of any system project, whether you develop in house, buy a package, outsource or subscribe to a service.

Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Designer, Developer or Project Manager.  Regardless of who performs your requirements analysis and design activities, they need to get it right…ideally the first time.

"We teach your practitioners how to get it right . . .
the first time."

We teach “Best Practice” techniques in practical workshops developed based on more than two decades of real-world experience.  We do not promote any particular methodologies, but our knowledge and experience with virtually all widely-accepted processes allows us to tailor our classes to whatever requirements analysis and design approaches you have adopted.

Our courses range from short duration “literacy” overviews for managers and business area project participants, to an intensive 5-day “boot camp” for new analysts, to in-depth 2-3 day specialized workshops that will help your analysts master the techniques of their profession.
