Faculty

We teach practical and useable project skills in flexible workshops that we will tailor to meet your specific needs.  Our workshops will help your learners develop and implement the competencies that assure project success.

We do NOT teach rigid certification test preparation classes…We teach the real-world skills that your people need to succeed on your real-world projects.

Our focus extends beyond just the Project Professional to include the two other key groups critical to project success…

We utilize the highly modular ProjectExperts® curriculum designed and developed by Stacy Goff, PMP.  Our courses fully comply with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) Guide.  We extend beyond the BOK® to teach the rapidly evolving standards of the American Society for the Advancement of Project Management (asapm).

While the modules tightly integrate, you may select the specific module or modules that you need to configure courses that meet your exact needs.  All modules combine learner-centered instruction, case exercise application, and facilitated discussion.  We can tailor any course to use one of your actual projects as a case study.
