Education and Training
The I/S RESOURCE GROUP provides highly practical concepts education and skills training in a wide variety of Information Technology & Methodology fields. We offer a range of different learning formats- each designed to meet the needs of specific learner groups - ranging from short-duration concepts & literacy seminars to multi-day in-depth skills-development workshops to week-long high-intensity boot camps. Our faculty includes carefully selected practitioners with current, active consulting practices who are also excellent curriculum developers and instructors. Because of their wide teaching & consulting experience, we routinely tailor courses "on the fly" in the classroom to meet the needs of each learner group. The faculty collaborates to develop a separate curriculum for each technology or methodology area. I/S RESOURCE GROUP management, the faculty and our training partners coordinate the design, development and instruction of each curriculum. We craft each curriculum and course around real-world themes. We use simulations and exercises to illustrate key concepts and special issues. Progressive case studies integrate and unify the modules and courses that comprise each curriculum. We revise each course regularly to keep up with technology/methodology evolution and to incorporate recent faculty consulting and teaching experiences.
